I am happy to support hope 2000 - The International conference being organised by Drug Abuse Information Rehabilitation & Research Centre in association with United Nations Drug Control Program, National Aids Control Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India & UNAIDS.
            The suffering caused by HIV and Substance Abuse to the human race is unmatched by anything other than war. We must all work together towards a better world. The thrust should be to reach out to susceptible populations with educational messages on both subjects.
A more humane approach to victims is also a must.
